Yes. Important communications and business decisions should always be reviewed.
A few years ago, CRM platforms were primarily designed to store customer data and automate workflows. Today, businesses expect much more. They want their CRM to help draft emails, summarize conversations, identify opportunities, and reduce administrative work.
Bitrix24 CoPilot is the built-in AI assistant within the Bitrix24 ecosystem. Rather than functioning as a standalone chatbot, it works directly inside CRM, communication, collaboration, and project management workflows.
For organizations already using Bitrix24, the main advantage is simple: AI becomes part of daily operations instead of another tool employees need to learn and manage.
Bitrix24 CoPilot can help teams:
Generate emails and customer communications
Reduce repetitive administrative work
Improve CRM visibility through AI-generated summaries
Create tasks automatically
Analyze customer conversations
Summarize meetings and calls
Many AI tools require users to move information between multiple applications. CoPilot takes a different approach by operating directly inside Bitrix24.
Because it works alongside CRM records, tasks, projects, chats, and customer communications, employees can access AI assistance without leaving the platform.
The result is less time spent documenting work and more time spent acting on information.

Content generation is usually the first capability teams explore after enabling CoPilot. Sales representatives use it to draft follow-up emails, support agents create response drafts, and marketing teams generate campaign content.
A sales representative handling multiple demos in a day can generate personalized follow-up emails in seconds instead of writing each message from scratch.
As customer relationships become more complex, CRM records can contain years of interactions, notes, calls, and emails.
CoPilot helps users quickly understand:
This becomes particularly useful during pipeline reviews, account handovers, and customer meetings.
AI summaries are most valuable when CRM data is consistently maintained. Better CRM discipline typically leads to better AI outputs.
Customer conversations often contain insights that never make it into CRM records. Reviewing call recordings manually can be difficult, especially for managers overseeing multiple team members.
CoPilot converts conversations into searchable transcripts and structured summaries.
A software company may discover through call analysis that integration concerns appear more frequently than pricing objections. This insight can improve sales messaging and enablement materials.
Many organizations struggle less with meetings themselves and more with what happens afterward.
CoPilot can automatically generate:
This helps teams improve accountability while reducing time spent documenting discussions.
Using CoPilot typically starts with a simple prompt inside Bitrix24.
The assistant uses available context from CRM records, communications, projects, and documents to generate relevant outputs.
Because CoPilot is embedded inside Bitrix24, employees do not need to switch between applications or manually move information between systems.
Speed often determines whether a lead becomes an opportunity or disappears into a competitor's pipeline.
AI-generated summaries help sales teams quickly understand:
As deals progress, information becomes scattered across emails, meetings, calls, and tasks.
CoPilot helps consolidate this information into concise summaries that make pipeline reviews and account management easier.
AI can help identify potential warning signs before customer relationships deteriorate.
While AI cannot predict churn perfectly, it can help teams spot risks earlier.
Sales teams often use CoPilot to:
The primary benefit is spending less time on administration and more time on customer conversations.
Support agents can use CoPilot to:
Surface relevant knowledge articles
This helps improve response consistency while reducing handling time.
Marketing departments often use CoPilot to accelerate:
Content outlines
Internal communications
The strongest results typically come from combining AI-generated drafts with human editing and brand expertise.
The value of CoPilot usually comes from small efficiency gains repeated throughout the workday rather than one dramatic transformation.
