To setup the integration you need:
1. IP-PBX Yeastar S20 or S50 or S100 or S300 with installed latest upgrades for integration via AMI
2. IP-PBX Yeastar S50 or S100 or S300 with installed latest upgrades for integration via API
3. Installed application Integration with IP-PBX Yeastar in your Bitrix24
4. Static IP Address
5. Any edition of Bitrix24 Cloud or On-Premise
6. Valid SSL certificate is required for Bitrix24 On-Premise

To get technical support for the module, or help with configuration, find the "Applications" item
in the left menu of your Bitrix24 and click "Integration with IP-PBX Yeastar".
On the opening page, go to the "Technical Support" section in the top menu and fill in the fields with information about the issue or the help you need.
Please note that you can make a request for technical support only through the form in the "Tech. support" in the app. Support on the application configuration is not done on the phone.
