This application provides a simple and reliable integration between the FreePBX and any Cloud or On-Premise Bitrix24.
The FreePBX is a convenient and scalable solution for managing telephone communications. It features voice menus, flexible call settings, and call recording. Suitable for businesses of all sizes, it provides reliable communications and modern features.
To set up the integration, you need:
1. FreePBX version 13–17
2. Lame codec installed on FreePBX
3. Call recording format set in FreePBX from the list (wav, gsm, ima)
4. Static IP address (must be obtained from your internet service provider)
5. Bitrix24 Cloud-version or Bitrix24 On-primes Edition
6. For on-premise Bitrix24, a valid SSL certificate is required

2. Router configuration
3. Bitrix24 setup
