Yes. For proper functioning of Bitrix24 On-Premise, your portal must be accessible via a domain (or subdomain) with a valid SSL certificate installed.

Is it possible to migrate from the cloud version to the on-premise version?

Automatic migration with full data transfer has not been available since 2023. However, as part of a custom project, we can transfer the data you need. Please contact our specialists for details.
